Pentewan is a pretty coastal village located 6 miles from St Austell on the road to Mevagissey. It has a pub, small general shop/gift shop, a water sports shop, cycle hire and trail, and an excellent seafood restaurant. It is 25 mins from the Eden Project and only 5 mins from The Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Quillet Cottage is located in a terrace and was built around 1870. It has been totally refurbished by the present owners to sleep 4 and has parking for 2 cars. The accommodation comprises a lounge, fully fitted kitchen, a double room, twin room and bathroom with shower. There is a patio area overlooking the river and full laundry facilities.

The Price includes a change of bed linen at the start of each week. Hand towels are provided but you will need to bring your own bath towels.

ACCOMMODATION

Downstairs
The lounge has a leather suite and antique writing bureau and also a colour T.V. with a combined DVD and VCR it also has a basic sky package (because of the poor reception from a normal aerial), and a CD player. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a hob and oven, fridge and microwave and everything you would need in a kitchen (if you think we've forgotten anything please let us know!)

Upstairs
The cottage has a double bedroom at the front and a twin bedroom to the rear with the bathroom in between.

Keys
Mrs Lilly will meet you with the house keys unless it's inconvenient for you or Mrs Lilly in which case arrangements will be made to leave them in a safe place prior to your visit. At the end of your stay please post the keys through the letter box after locking up. The cottage will be vacant from 2.00pm on Saturday morning and must be vacated by 10.00am the Saturday of your departure (unless other arrangements have been made).

Heating and Hot Water
The cottage is fitted with storage heaters in most of the rooms. The shower is electric.

The Patio
In front of the cottages' parking space is a small patio which overlooks the river. We've made available a set of chairs and a table but there isn't a barbecue provided but you are more than welcome to bring your own or use a disposable one.

Utility
In the utility there is a washing machine and tumble dryer that you are more than welcome to use.
